The Exhale Collective (tec) is a four month, community-based and expert-led experience designed to reframe your approach to digital wellness. Experts from a variety of fields will provide live webinars, offline materials, and education about topics including: How we work and play with our digital devices; how our constant connection shapes our relaxation and stress; and how digital habits affect our sleep.
Small, intimate groups of users will complete this journey together, supporting each other’s growth and will even be empowered by the experts to lead their own small group session. The $99 program (discounted to $79 until September 30, 2022; first month free) will teach tec students/ members the foundations of three validated courses for improving digital wellness: cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I); Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR); and principles for wellbeing from the Digital Wellness Institute (DWI).
