When will I receive my warranty replacement?
Once your warranty request has been approved, you will receive an email notification with a trackgin number as soon as your replacement REST is shipped, typically within 2-3 business days dependent on inventory.
Do I need to send my current REST back?
Yes, you will be provided a pre-paid shipping label to return your current REST. This is for our team to examine the device and use our learnings for product development to prevent any issues in the future.
Will I receive a replacement charger?
Yes, you will receive a replacement charger with your replacement REST.
How do I set up my replacement REST to the Umay app?

Can I have my warranty replacement shipped to a different address?
Yes, we're happy to send your replacement to a new address. Please be sure to confirm your original shipping address when you reach out to our team in order to confirm your original order number.
Can I have my warranty replacement shipped to a different country?
Yes, as long as it is a country we currently ship to. We are currently shipping to Canada and the United States at no charge. Countries outside of these will have be subject to applicable shipping charges that can be found here.
